• 4+ years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, or project management.
• Proven success in execution of complex internal processes and operational workflows.
• Strong communication skills demonstrated through multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to support senior leadership in a fast-paced technology environment.

• Experience working within a technology organization or managing technical implementations.
• Understanding of ticketing systems (such as Jira) and project management software administration.
