🎯 What You'll Do

  • Perform product demonstrations to prospects
  • Manage inbound leads and build pipeline
  • Negotiate and close deals in mid-market segment
  • Collaborate with team on sales strategies

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years in a B2B SaaS Account Executive or Presales role
  • Experience performing complex software/platform demos
  • Native German and fluent English proficiency
  • Ability to build relationships with HR decision-makers

  • Basic knowledge of HR culture
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gong, Confluence
