Description

As a Staff Product Designer at Coupang, you will lead design efforts to solve customer problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and marketing. You will own the end-to-end product design process, from ideation to final development, and contribute to product vision and strategy.

Requirements

• Proficiency in user scenarios, user journeys, wireframes, UI design, and prototyping
• Ability to understand business requirements and use qualitative and quantitative data to guide design direction
• Experience leading design projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Leadership in shaping team culture and establishing processes

Responsibilities

• Lead overall design projects in collaboration with business, engineering, and product teams
• Contribute to product vision and roadmap, and strategic decision-making
• Strengthen efficient processes through coordination with other design leads within Product UX
• Identify and analyze issues in as-is products/services, prioritize improvement directions
• Coach and mentor junior designers
