Description

You will be responsible for ensuring all client charges are billed accurately and timely in line with contracts and policies. This includes media and non-media billing, maintaining financial records, and collaborating with account teams.

Requirements

• Billing background
• Organized with attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Team player, keen to learn
• Experience in Mediaocean (DDS) preferred but not essential

Responsibilities

• Raise accurate billings for media and non-media activities with client approval
• Submit billing documents to client portals within 24 hours
• Maintain client finance folders with POs, invoices, and media plans
• Track PO receipts and billing status for budget control
• Create and maintain billable jobs, managing WIP balances and job closure
