💼 About This Role

You'll own the full accounts receivable and payable cycles for a technology-forward EV dealership, ensuring cash flows accurately through clearing accounts. You'll work cross-functionally with title, F&I, and operations teams to keep daily financial operations running smoothly. This role touches every major transaction that moves through the dealership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Reconcile bank accounts daily and record customer payments in QBO
• Monitor and QA outsourced bookkeeper's work in Ramp
• Process manual payments for vehicle purchases and lien payoffs
• Manage customer refunds across all refund types
• Coordinate with title clerk on DMV fee reconciliation

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of full-cycle AR/AP experience in automotive retail or dealership operations
• Strong Excel skills with VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and reconciliation workbooks
• Detail-oriented with high transaction volume tolerance (hundreds per month)
• Cross-departmental communication skills without needing constant direction

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with DMS systems (CDK, DealerTrack, Reynolds & Reynolds)
• QuickBooks Online proficiency (journal entries, invoices, bills, bank feeds)
• Familiarity with floor plan financing and NACHA/ACH payment processing
