💼 About This Role

You'll provide senior-level legal support to StarCompliance's Legal Department on a fixed-term contract. You'll independently manage commercial contracting, compliance matters, and legal operations. This role offers the chance to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise SaaS contracts and NDAs
• Provide legal advice to Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations
• Manage high volume of contracts and legal requests
• Support compliance with data privacy and regulatory obligations

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent law degree
• Active license to practice law in at least one jurisdiction
• 6-10+ years of post-qualification experience in SaaS or regulated tech
• Experience drafting and negotiating enterprise commercial contracts

✨ Nice to Have

• In-house experience at a RegTech company
• Knowledge of GDPR and DORA frameworks
• Experience improving legal processes and workflows
