You'll serve as a trusted advisor through onboarding, adoption, and renewal, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage customer relationships from implementation through renewal
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with executive stakeholders
• Proactively assess customer risk and create remediation plans
• Collect product feedback and advocate for customer needs

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in customer success or account management at enterprise SaaS
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce including custom configurations
• Track record interacting with C-level and VP clients
• Proven ability to drive customer outcomes and retention
