Description

You will generate claims substantiation for mass market skin care products, managing communication risks and providing creative alternatives aligned with product positioning. You'll support multiple brands across global markets including US, EU, Canada, and ASEAN.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in physiology, biochemistry, chemistry, cosmetic science or related biological discipline
• 5+ years in personal care, OTC drug, contract test facility, or related industries
• Solid understanding of claims environment in US, EU, and global markets
• Ability to communicate complex topics to diverse audiences
• Knowledge of product mechanism and study results to assess support strength

Responsibilities

• Provide risk management assessment of desired communications and benefits
• Provide claims and communication options considering product benefits and external requirements
• Formally approve consumer-facing communications and propose alternatives
• Develop holistic claims data/study plan for new and updated products
• Ensure clinical and technical study results align with claims and standards
