💼 About This Role

You'll join a service-oriented compliance team to review marketing materials for insurance and securities regulations, partnering with Marketing and Legal. You'll help ensure ads meet federal and state standards while enabling Protective's marketing strategy and protecting customer trust.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review advertising materials for compliance with regulations
• Provide compliance feedback to marketing and legal teams
• Coordinate reviews with external distributors and fund companies
• Prepare and submit advertising filings to regulators

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience
• 3 years experience in insurance or financial services compliance
• High school diploma or equivalent

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of insurance laws and securities regulations
• Familiarity with FINRA Advertising Regulation Electronic Filing
• FINRA Series 6, 7, 26, or 24 registrations
