🎯 What You'll Do

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of industry experience including 2+ customer-facing technical roles
• Strong software engineering skills with ML frameworks like PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow
• Solid understanding of data modeling for training and curation decisions
• Experience training or fine-tuning models using human feedback or reward signals
