You'll manage commercial real estate leases, sales, and auctions for a leading telecom company. You'll coordinate contract adjustments and valuations, ensuring compliance with Ukrainian legislation. This role offers a hybrid work format and career development opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Search for real estate properties and support lease/purchase agreements.
• Control and adjust contractual relations and coordinate appraisals.
• Maintain contracts in company information systems and databases.
• Prepare statistical data and reports on contract prolongation and amendments.
• Organize search for new tenants and cooperate with real estate agencies.

📋 Requirements

• Higher legal or economic education.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficient in PC and MS Office.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian legislation and tax laws.

• Experience in independent real estate appraisal.
• Negotiation experience.
• Valid driver's license and driving experience.
