Description

You will be the primary point of contact for top-tier IT administrators at Fortune 500 companies, owning and driving escalated support issues, working on critical incident response, and collaborating with engineering and product management to improve processes. You'll also mentor frontline engineers and lead technical team calls.

Requirements

  • B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech from recognized university
  • Minimum 7+ years supporting large enterprise customers
  • Strong networking background with TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS knowledge
  • Experience with network security technologies like Proxies, NG Firewalls, SSL/IPSec, VPNs, DLP, SSO
  • Experience with UNIX/Linux and Windows systems administration (Active Directory/LDAP desirable)

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive escalated support issues
  • Work on critical incident response tasks
  • Work closely with support managers, engineering, and product management to improve processes and tools
  • Drive weekly technical team calls with other technical leads
  • Assist and mentor frontline support engineers
