💼 About This Role

You'll lead the identification, design, and delivery of interventions that improve outcomes for smallholder farmers, working with a small team. Your core impact will be driving measurable change in coffee and cocoa supply chains. This role offers hands-on fieldwork across Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, or Asia.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and evaluate intervention opportunities in agriculture
• Design programs from pilot to implementation
• Track results, evaluate impact, and iterate
• Manage a small team across cultures

📋 Requirements

• 6-12 years of experience
• At least 3 years in strategy consulting or finance/PE at Project Leader level
• 2+ years in industry (tech, start-ups, impact investing, agritech, etc.)
• Quantitative skills including R, Python, or similar tools

✨ Nice to Have

• University degree in science or engineering
• Background in scientific research
• Familiarity with large datasets and basic statistics
