💼 About This Role

You'll lead systems engineering efforts for mission-critical IT systems supporting the DoD, working with stakeholders to translate use case goals into technical plans. Your impact spans the full system lifecycle, from concept to production and support. This role offers a $10k annual training budget and access to a state-of-the-art technology lab.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate stakeholder mission goals into executable technical plans
• Lead integration and implementation of software and system solutions
• Manage technical execution, planning, risk, and trade-off analysis
• Support process improvements and project execution with program management

📋 Requirements

• 15 years of systems engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar
• Experience in multiple facets of the program lifecycle
• Working knowledge of DODAF frameworks and Service Oriented Architectures

• Software development experience
• Agile/SCRUM team process leadership experience
• Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
