You'll work on new business development for C6 Bank's retail client acquisition through external partners. You'll drive project planning and performance analysis to optimize commercial processes. This role offers hands-on impact in a dynamic fintech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Autonomously plan, monitor and evolve Conexão PF projects
• Analyze data and KPIs to generate diagnostics and improvement proposals
• Structure and optimize end-to-end commercial and operational processes
• Act as liaison between commercial, operations, tech and product areas

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics or related
• Proven experience in business analysis or strategic planning
• Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of SQL for queries and analysis
• Experience in dynamic environments with multiple projects
• Prior experience in banking or fintech
