🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee installation and maintenance of low voltage cabling systems
• Lead and mentor a team in cable pulling and racking equipment
• Ensure quality of fiber and copper connections through testing
• Enforce MOP/CMOP guidelines and manage work ticket systems

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years leading teams in low voltage cabling installations
• Associate degree in technology or equivalent work experience
• Expert knowledge of BICSI, ANSI, EIA/TIA, and NEC standards
• Valid driver's license and ability to safely drive company vehicles

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or IT
• Experience with structured cabling design software (AutoCAD, Visio)
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management practices
