💼 About This Role

You'll lead a specialized team building AI automations and intelligent agents for a GTM revenue engine, directly reporting to the SVP GTM Operations. Your mission is to create synergy between AI and Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, turning AI into a multiplier for human effort.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate GTM AI Strategy Blueprint into technical roadmaps
• Lead build-out of AI agents for lead scoring, outreach, contract analysis
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers and architects
• Oversee AI solutions lifecycle from PoC to global deployment

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years management of technical teams focused on automation or AI/ML
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
• Deep understanding of Sales and Marketing workflows integrating with CRM
• Ability to turn strategic blueprint into functional technical architecture
