💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare as a Heavy Equipment Mobile Mechanic supporting our rental fleet. You will use proprietary T3 technology to diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems. This role offers year-round OEM training and the opportunity to work on the newest fleet in the industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use technology to create and monitor work orders and diagnose issues
• Maintain and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Assist in training lower level technicians as needed
• Travel to customer job sites for repair and maintenance

📋 Requirements

• Must own tools applicable to position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and knowledge of construction equipment
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle

• Trade school certificate preferred
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements preferred
