You'll process bi-weekly payroll and manage vendor invoices for a mission-driven nonprofit news organization. You'll ensure compliance with payroll regulations and reconciliation of vendor accounts. This role offers exposure to both payroll and AP in a collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll for all employees
• Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies
• Review, code, and process vendor invoices
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable and Payroll experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Proficiency in HRIS (iSolved preferred), Sage Intacct, and MS Excel

• CPA or CPA candidate
