Description

You will build and maintain software for design data creation, analysis, and distribution, including mesh processing, 3D rendering, flight simulations, and wearable apps. This high-autonomy role involves close collaboration with engineers to solve problems and develop reliable solutions that improve how SpaceX operates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS, engineering, math, or scientific discipline; or 2+ years professional software experience
• 1+ years full stack development experience
• Programming experience in Python, C#.NET, Go, Scala, Java, or similar OO language
• 1+ years experience building single page web applications
• Experience with version control, CI/CD, and testing

Responsibilities

• Develop highly reliable software solutions used across SpaceX
• Create new applications to improve SpaceX operations
• Build prototypes to prove design concepts and quantify constraints
• Own all aspects of software engineering and product development
• Deep dive into user problems to find efficient solutions
