Description

In this role, you will serve as a daily on-site liaison between construction managers, clients, and the design team on a major healthcare facility project at Mayo Clinic. You will manage RFIs, submittals, and construction documents, ensuring quality and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related field
• 10+ years of related experience
• Healthcare or institutional project experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of building codes and requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, and ACC

Responsibilities

• Be daily on-site liaison between contractors, client, and AE teams
• Attend and participate in site meetings (scheduling, cost, RFI, etc.)
• Review construction documents and issue sketches for field conditions
• Process RFIs and submittals within contractual timeframes
• Monitor closeout submittals and perform QA/QC site visits
