Description

You will lead end-to-end payroll operations across five European countries, ensuring compliance with local laws and SOX controls while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution to streamline payroll processes and support the global payroll team.

Requirements

• 4+ years managing multi-country payroll across European jurisdictions
• Strong knowledge of European labor law and statutory requirements
• Experience with payroll implications of equity awards across jurisdictions
• Proficient in international HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., Personio, UKG/Immedis, ADP, SAP)
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookup functions

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll for Netherlands, Germany, UK, France, and Austria
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and SOX controls
• Partner with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders
• Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations for Accounting, Finance, and HR
• Support audits and implement continuous improvement recommendations
