💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic enterprise customers, guiding the deployment and optimization of AI/ML workloads in large-scale GPU cloud environments. You'll act as a trusted bridge between customers, sales, product, and engineering teams, directly influencing the future of AI infrastructure in a remote-first setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise customers on AI/ML workload deployment and optimization in GPU cloud environments
• Design scalable architectures for ML training and inference
• Collaborate with sales to identify expansion opportunities and support technical presentations
• Partner with product and engineering teams to align capabilities with customer needs

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in Solutions Architect, TAM, or Customer Engineer role focused on cloud and AI/ML
• Strong expertise in GPU computing and CUDA/OpenCL technologies
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Ansible
• Practical knowledge of Kubernetes, Python, and cloud-native architectures

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with distributed AI/ML systems or HPC orchestration
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or NVIDIA ecosystems
