💼 About This Role

You'll own day-to-day outbound execution at the #1 licensed cannabis wholesale platform, ensuring all orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately. You'll drive productivity and fulfillment performance as a lead on the floor, coordinating with multiple teams to maintain quality.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own outbound execution to meet daily pick, pack, and dispatch timelines
• Lead floor workflow by prioritizing work and keeping the team aligned
• Perform and verify picking, packing, and shipping accuracy
• Identify and resolve picking/packing issues and maintain order edits

📋 Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks
• Pass pre-employment background check
• Work occasional evening/weekend shifts
• Must be at least 21 years old
