You'll be the face of our FINN Station in Munich, ensuring seamless vehicle handovers and returns for customers. You'll work closely with operations and CX teams to drive continuous improvement in the guest experience. This role offers the chance to grow with a fast-moving mobility startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet customers and manage vehicle handovers and returns
• Coordinate deliveries and daily vehicle disposition
• Resolve on-site issues quickly and pragmatically
• Contribute to process improvements based on daily observations

📋 Requirements

• Experience in hospitality (hotel, restaurant, airline, rental car, retail)
• Driver's license class B
• German C2 fluency
• English B2 level
