• Serve as primary client contact and manage contract negotiations

• Facilitate and seal contract documents as Architect in Responsible Charge

📋 Requirements

• Registered Architect with Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture from NAAB-accredited university
• 8+ years of design experience
• Healthcare market experience specifically with Acute Care
• Proficiency in Revit
