🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead preparation and review of business tax returns (5472, 1065, 1120).
• Serve as escalation point for complex tax cases and technical judgments.
• Coach and mentor team members on technical tax issues.
• Develop and enforce SOPs and workflows for efficiency improvements.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in tax filing preparation for businesses.
• 3+ years in a Supervisor or Team Lead capacity.
• Deep knowledge of US tax law and forms 5472, 1065, 1120.
• Experience designing or enforcing SOPs and quality standards.

• Proficiency with HubSpot or comparable CRM systems.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Bookkeeping fluency to cross-cover workflows.
