Requirements

• 10+ years HR business partner experience, mix of fast-growth tech and established firms
• Experience influencing senior leaders on people strategy
• Strong analytical, project management, and process design skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Ability to partner across diverse groups and levels
