You'll lead the team owning Watershed's supply chain product module and company database, setting vision and roadmap for the core calculation engine. You'll partner with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams to ship AI-ready data products that power climate action at scale. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Set vision and roadmap for the supply chain product module and calculation engine
• Partner with customers to uncover pain points and validate hypotheses
• Ship data products and platform applications for direct use and integration
• Design AI-ready data products that are structured and contextualized

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management in B2B SaaS with data platforms or developer-facing APIs
• Track record of shipping data products at high-growth startups
• Experience building for enterprise customers with security and compliance needs
• Ability to combine customer anthropology with data-driven intuition

• Experience with sustainability or climate data
• Familiarity with SQL or Python for data analysis
