💼 About This Role

You'll be a hands-on engineer on a small, high-ownership data team, working across the full data platform including relational, warehouse, and lakehouse systems. You'll build and operate pipelines that power compliance, analytics, and reporting workloads, and mentor other engineers while contributing to architectural decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build data pipelines for ingestion and compliance.
• Design and maintain schemas across relational and lakehouse layers.
• Contribute to tooling evaluations and architectural decisions.
• Mentor peers through code review, pairing, and guidance.

📋 Requirements

• 7–9+ years of data engineering or data platform experience.
• Deep fluency with Apache Airflow or comparable orchestration.
• Strong Python production-grade code and debugging.
• Terraform or comparable IaC for cloud data resources.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with analytics engineering and semantic layer development.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
• Experience in multi-tenant SaaS schema design.
