💼 About This Role

You'll own the full-cycle recruiting function for a fintech infrastructure company, building talent strategies across engineering, product, and leadership. Your work will directly impact scaling the team in a fast-paced crypto/fintech environment. You'll also act as a talent brand ambassador at conferences and events, leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across all departments
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring criteria and sourcing strategies
• Build talent pipelines through direct outreach, networking, and crypto communities
• Plan and host recruiting events like tech talks and networking sessions

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• 2+ years recruiting for cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech companies
• Experience hiring across technical and business roles (e.g., software engineers, product managers)
• Ability to attend in-office 3 days per week in San Francisco

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Greenhouse or Lever ATS
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and AI recruiting tools
• Track record of event planning and moderation
