You will shape how global work happens at Riot by designing systems, frameworks, and transformation initiatives that enable cross-functional teams to operate with clarity, speed, and global impact. You will act as a strategic partner across Content Production, Localization, and Publishing, translating portfolio strategy into scalable operation models.

Requirements

• 6+ years as a program manager in gaming, tech, or entertainment
• Experience with content production workflows and digital asset management systems
• Proven ability to design scalable cross-functional operating models
• Strong analytical skills with comfort handling complex datasets
• Experience driving change in matrixed environments

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year priorities and investment focus as strategic thought partner
• Design scalable frameworks across Content Production, Localization, and Publishing
• Identify systemic friction and lead transformation initiatives to reduce rework and increase predictability
• Prioritize automation and AI implementation opportunities
• Define metrics for global readiness, time-to-market, launch predictability, and quality
