💼 About This Role

You'll integrate, deploy, and improve autonomous maritime systems for the DoD, working hands-on with software, networking, and autonomy in real-world environments. You'll debug autonomy algorithms, optimize system performance based on operational data, and collaborate with end-users to adapt technology to mission needs.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and optimization of autonomy software systems for maritime environments
• Drive field testing and deployment strategies for autonomy systems
• Analyze mission-critical data to improve system behavior and reliability
• Partner with operators and end-users to translate feedback into requirements

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience developing autonomy or robotics systems
• Proficient in C++, Rust, or Python with performance-critical systems
• Deep technical background in robotics, autonomy, or embedded systems
• Hands-on experience with perception sensors (cameras, radar, GPS, IMUs)

✨ Nice to Have

• Domain knowledge in maritime systems or defense
• Familiarity with distributed autonomy and multi-agent coordination
• Experience with motion planning, control systems, and behavior trees
