Description

You will work closely with a specific part of the business to lead end-to-end design, collaborating with engineers, product managers, and researchers to shape user experiences that make complex financial flows feel simple and clear.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant product design experience at a product-driven tech company
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals and polished UI craft
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to shape product direction
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and multiple stakeholder inputs
• Skilled at communicating design decisions and rationale across disciplines

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, user-centered designs that evolve core surfaces and elevate user experience
• Design, prototype, and test intuitive experiences that simplify complex flows
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to define long-term strategy and near-term tactics
• Craft high-quality UIs that set the bar for design excellence
• Share work regularly in design reviews and contribute to a culture of feedback and iteration
