Requirements
- 1+ years IT support or helpdesk experience
- Strong troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk)
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Prioritize and resolve helpdesk tickets
- Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Assist with deployment of software updates and new systems
