You'll design, deploy, and monitor machine learning algorithms to extract clinical findings from structured and unstructured data. You'll work cross-functionally with product managers and clinicians to build multi-modal document understanding systems. This role offers the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and shape best practices.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy deep learning models for NLP and computer vision
• Build reliable production ML systems for document understanding
• Provide ML best practice guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including clinicians and product managers

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in CS, AI, ML, Math, or related field
• 3+ years professional experience as a machine learning engineer
• Experience with end-to-end ML lifecycle in Agile environment
• Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn, and AWS services

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Transformer-based models and CNN architectures
• Familiarity with RAG-based Generative AI using LangChain or LlamaIndex
