💼 About This Role

You'll manage a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to achieve production targets and ensure vehicle quality. You'll lead the movement of cars through repairs and drive team performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage vehicle flow into and out of the Inspection Center safely.
• Oversee daily team activities and identify improvement areas.
• Coach, develop, and performance-manage assigned associates.
• Review and approve identified mechanical and physical defects.
• Train team on quality control standards to minimize rework.

📋 Requirements

• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean record (3 years).
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience using computers.
• Demonstrated functional expertise in reconditioning processes.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
