Description

You will lead growth and oversee operations across six divisions and eight offices in California, driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and talent development while ensuring high-quality, profitable projects. This high-impact role involves business development, P&L management, and mentoring a team of direct reports in a remote position with travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
• 15+ years experience in consulting or environmental/professional services
• 7+ years demonstrated success in business development
• 5+ years experience managing operational P&L and leading multidisciplinary teams
• Professional licensure (PE, PG, or equivalent) preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability across California operations
• Partner with Chief Growth Officer and Regional Commercial Leader to maximize growth
• Lead operational P&L and ensure consistent performance against financial targets
• Manage 8-10 direct reports including performance management, mentoring, and recruiting
• Provide technical and operational oversight for environmental, engineering, and consulting projects
