You will provide in-home occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients in Port St Lucie, helping them regain independence and stay engaged in daily routines. InHome Therapy offers flexible scheduling, consistent patient volume, and supportive clinical and administrative support.

Requirements

• Active occupational therapy (OT) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards
