Description

You will be the voice of SeatGeek, delivering high-volume customer support via phone, email, and chat while resolving issues and staying updated on the latest features and events. You'll use data and feedback to improve processes, collaborating with a team that values ridiculously good service.

Requirements

  • Passion for live events and ability to empathize with customers
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in customer service
  • Data-driven decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, with available shifts 10am-6pm or 12pm-8pm PT

Responsibilities

  • Provide specialized support via email, chat, and phone for SeatGeek Enterprise customers
  • Use metrics and insights to improve customer experience and evaluate performance
  • Work with tools like Talkdesk, Zendesk, Slack, Google business tools, Github, Looker, Jira
  • Attend weekly 1-on-1 and group strategy meetings
  • Handle escalated contacts and take on project work as you gain expertise
