💼 About This Role

You'll shape and execute a best-in-class patient experience across immunology and rare diseases. You'll drive integration across patient advocacy, support, and commercial teams to ensure a seamless personalized journey. You'll act as a key member of the US leadership team, embedding patient-centricity across all initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and execution of integrated patient strategy enhancing engagement and outcomes.
• Drive alignment between patient experience, commercial, medical, access, and pipeline teams.
• Oversee patient journey design including support programs and digital engagement.
• Establish and track KPIs for patient experience performance using data insights.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of senior leadership in biotech, pharma, or healthcare focused on patient strategy.
• Proven success leading patient engagement or customer experience in complex organizations.
• Strong understanding of patient journeys and omnichannel engagement.
• Experience launching and scaling therapies, ideally in rare or specialty disease areas.
