💼 About This Role

You'll design, build, and maintain the organization's enterprise data platform to enable scalable operations and data-driven decision-making. You'll serve as the technical owner of data integration, establishing standardized pipelines and data quality controls to create a trusted single source of truth. Within your first year, you'll modernize the data ecosystem and reduce manual reporting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines integrating enterprise systems
• Build and manage centralized data warehouse structures
• Develop ETL/ELT processes to automate data ingestion and transformation
• Implement automated validation and monitoring to ensure data accuracy

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of experience in data engineering, database development, or related roles
• Strong SQL and relational data modeling expertise
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehouse solutions (Azure preferred)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with low-code platforms (e.g., QuickBase)
• Programming experience (Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar)
• Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI preferred)
