You'll support licensed colorists to deliver a seamless guest experience in a hair color bar. You'll learn services and work toward promotion to Licensed Colorist in 3-9 months. This role stands out with paid training and a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with finishing services, shampooing, and conditioning
• Perform blowouts, hot tool styling, and toner services
• Contribute to monthly sales goals and KPIs
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory standards

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application
• Entry-level customer service or retail sales experience
• Effective communication in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable operating point-of-sale systems
