💼 About This Role

You'll provide 1:1 coaching to engineering leaders at high-growth tech companies, helping them become better leaders and navigate organizational complexity. You'll participate in an ICF-certified coach training program to master Mento's methodology. This is a remote, part-time contract role with a focus on developing people.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 coaching to Mento members via virtual sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve coaching skills.
• Communicate with members via email or chat between sessions.
• Share coaching tools and insights with the Mento community.

📋 Requirements

• Director, VP, or senior engineering leader with 15+ years experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams through hypergrowth or organizational change.
• Ability to dedicate 12+ hours per month for 24+ months.
• Passionate about developing coaching skills and helping others.

• Background in AI/ML, infrastructure, security, or developer platforms.
• Prior experience at a U.S. HQ'd or global technology company.
