๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage and develop a team of 15-18 coordinators.
  • Update and maintain daily dial plans for the team.
  • Provide reports on coordinator performance and attendance.
  • Coach on quality, tone, and script adherence through call monitoring.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in a customer success role.
  • 2+ years of people management in a call center.
  • Proven success managing in a remote or virtual environment.
  • Experience tracking defined KPIs and holding teams accountable.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and G Suite.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills.
