You'll guide frontline coordinators and drive operational excellence for a high-growth product at Realtor.comยฎ. You'll shape exceptional consumer experiences and accelerate Realtor.com's selling ecosystem. This role offers exposure to AI-enabled tools and process optimization.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage and develop a team of 15-18 coordinators.
- Update and maintain daily dial plans for the team.
- Provide reports on coordinator performance and attendance.
- Coach on quality, tone, and script adherence through call monitoring.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in a customer success role.
- 2+ years of people management in a call center.
- Proven success managing in a remote or virtual environment.
- Experience tracking defined KPIs and holding teams accountable.
โจ Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and G Suite.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills.
