You'll lead full-scale UX design for a large Federal agency, driving research, blueprinting, and system evaluation. 🎯 What You'll Do

• **Lead full-scale UX design** including research, blueprinting, and system evaluation.
• Manage planning, design, and implementation of multiple sites and applications.
• Collaborate with engineers and federal clients to define innovative solutions.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, and site maps for websites and applications.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years combined professional design experience (UCD, UI/UX design).
• Bachelor's Degree
• Expertise in user research methodologies and user centered design principles.
• Experience designing compliant with 508 and USWDS standards.

• Experience using Agile methodology
• Experience creating data visualizations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
