Description

You will lead the engineering team to oversee all building maintenance, repair, and operations, ensuring tenant satisfaction, safety, and building efficiency. You'll manage HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, monitor energy usage, supervise staff, and collaborate with tenants and contractors.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED required
• At least ten years of industry-related experience
• At least five years of supervisory and mentoring experience
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office, energy management software, and CMMS
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC, BAS, fire protection, and life safety systems

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of building maintenance including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Monitor building energy usage and ensure efficient operations
• Oversee contractor work and manage tenant improvement projects
• Prepare budgets and control inventory and purchasing
• Supervise, train, and evaluate Engineering staff
