Description

You will lead and manage a team of direct hire caregivers, providing coaching and engagement to ensure high-quality professional childcare. You'll drive process improvements, foster cross-functional relationships, and champion the caregiver experience from onboarding to off-boarding.

Requirements

• 2+ years supervisory experience and Bachelor's degree
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and coaching skills
• Empathetic leader with experience motivating large groups
• Experience leading teams through market changes
• Data-driven mindset using metrics for business decisions

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time and follow-up feedback and coaching to caregivers
• Understand caregiver performance and trends, identify process improvements
• Create and enhance cross-functional relationships with Product, Servicing, Marketing, and Safety teams
• Host and lead caregiver 1:1s and monthly group sessions
• Be a change champion driving positive caregiver experience
