You will lead new business acquisition and executive relationship building to expand BPD's presence within health systems, driving revenue growth through marketing, brand, and data-enabled solutions. This role oversees the full business development lifecycle from lead generation to contract negotiation, leveraging deep health system expertise to position BPD as a strategic partner.
Requirements
- 10+ years healthcare business development or sales with health system focus
- Proven success acquiring new business within complex healthcare organizations
- Deep understanding of health system decision-making and buying processes
- Ability to develop compelling proposals and presentations
- Strong relationship-building with executives and stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Drive acquisition of new logos across top 250 US healthcare systems
- Lead development and execution of revenue and profitability goals
- Implement health system growth strategy and operating plans
- Maintain knowledge of health system customer needs to inform solution models
