🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and run product definition and UX requirements workshops
• Scope and manage qualitative and quantitative research
• Analyze research data to identify insights and behavioral patterns
• Create design artifacts: personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes

📋 Requirements

• Significant proven experience in UX design, ideally at an agency
• Compelling portfolio demonstrating high quality UX design
• Breadth of experience in e-commerce or complex journeys
• Full UX process ownership including discovery and design-thinking methods
